Winter is here. We have 5+ inches on the ground this morning. This photo is from last year when I was lucky enough to be in the mountains just after a snow fall.
In other news, prints of my images are now available for purchase at the Heart Of Ohio Mall just off Interstate 70 in Springfield, Ohio. So, if any of you are still shopping for Christmas, I recommend giving the gift of nature by way of my Fine Art Photos. They will be treasured for years to come.

Steve,
“Mountain Snow” looks lik a nice place to spend time with a camera.
Great photograph.

Charles,
It was a wonderful place and just the right time to be there.I only wish that we could have stayed longer.
Steve
I think I’d rather be there in springtime. And you are right, winter is here; and I’m sick of it already. Looking forward to some new classes next year. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years, Steve. Be safe and take care.
Hi Mike,
The springtime is very green. This is more visually exciting and I do not have to shovel it. We are working on new classes for next year. Have a safe and happy holiday.
Steve
Such a wonderful photo. We have been to the Smoky Mountains many times but never when snow was on the ground. How lucky you were to be there to capture it. It looks cold but so pretty. Thanks for letting us see it.
Hi Mary,
Thank you for the comment. I try to get there in all seasons. Places change with the season, with the weather, and with the light. So, every time I go back I find something new and different that I can share. I just love my work. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Steve
Thanks Steve, The same to you and your family and may the new year bring you everything you wish for. Mary
